1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts and Content
- No Accounts: The Service does not require or allow users to create individual accounts. Your progress and data are tied directly to your device and local storage.
- No User Content: Users cannot create, upload, post, or distribute any user-generated content (such as text, images, or custom media) within the Service.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, visual designs, logos, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, code, software, trademarks, and other materials included in the Service are the exclusive property of Crazyminds or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the Service or its assets.
4. User Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide us with any feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions regarding the Service, you agree that Crazyminds may implement, use, modify, or share these suggestions for any purpose without any obligation, financial compensation, or credit given to you.
5. In-App Purchases, Goods, and Services
The Service offers one-time payments for virtual goods, items, or premium services ("In-App Purchases").
- Billing: All In-App Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your device.
- No Value: Virtual goods and currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, cash, or credit from us or any third party.
- Refunds: All one-time purchases and virtual item sales are final. Refunds are subject strictly to the Google Play Store refund policies and applicable local laws.
- No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring billing or subscription plans at this time.
5.1 Purchases and Virtual Items
Virtual Currency
Crystals and Tickets are consumable virtual items. Once purchased, delivered, and consumed, they are non-refundable and cannot be restored or transferred to another account or device.
Permanent Packs
Permanent purchases, such as Remove Ads, Pro Pack, Elite Pack, and similar entitlement-based products, remain associated with your Google Play account and can be restored after reinstalling the game or changing devices, provided you use the same Google Play account used to make the purchase.
6. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes
We may occasionally offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes through the Service.
- Any such events will be governed by specific official rules presented at the time of the event.
- Participation is entirely voluntary. By participating, you agree to comply with those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to exploit, hack, cheat, modify, or use unauthorized third-party software (bots, mods, or hacks) to alter the gameplay or bypass the In-App Purchase systems. Any attempt to disrupt the integrity of the Service may result in a permanent ban from accessing the game.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely free of bugs or data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crazyminds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us through In-App Purchases in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the claim.
